Initial Goal

Staffing Services needed a fresh site that would allow the association to share information with their existing membership AND attract new members.  They wanted a design that would reflect their work with light industrial staffing agencies.

Plan Implemented

Waveseer implemented a bold, industrial look for ILSSA.  Password-protected pages were used to ensure members-only information remains private.  E-Forms were included to help members submit information to staff.  Menus and links are easy to navigate, making the site a good marketing tool as ILSSA works to attract new members.

Goal Achieved

ILSSA staff reports that maintaining the site is simple.  Using e-forms has made a big difference in the accuracy of important shared information by members with the association.  Membership response to the design has been overwhelmingly positive, as has response to the ease of navigation.

Illinois State Represetnative Brandon Phelps

Initial Goal

We worked with Rep. Phelps to create a site his constituents would visit regularly.  The goal was to encourage constituents to stay informed about issues in the 118th district and to communicate their thoughts and experiences through the site.

Plan Implemented

A modern-looking site with custom graphics was designed and built around a powerful content management system.  The main focus of content, News Stories, are easy for site visitors to find as teasers of newest stories appear on the home page.

Goal Achieved

Rep. Phelps receives emails from constituents daily through the site.  By responding promptly either by email or phone, his site has become a great line of communication.

Illinois Democratic County Chairmen's Association

Initial Goal

We worked with the ILDCCA to create a site to keep members connected and to inform the public of the purpose and goals of the ILDCCA.  Votebuilder, the voter file database available through ILDCCA, was to be promoted.

Plan Implemented

A site was designed that would provide visitors with a lot of information without overwhelming them.  Simple graphics were used to keep the focus on the content.  The content management system used is simple for the ILDCCA to maintain.  Instructions for users of Votebuilder are provided for download.

Goal Achieved

Ben Young, the Director of ILDCCA, reports that maintaining the site is simple and takes little time.  Also, ILDCCA members can easily stay informed about local and statewide events.  Instructions for ILDCCA's Votebuilder are available for download which makes it effortless to share the information.  Overall, the site is a big time saver for the association.

Monroe County IL Democrats

Initial Goal

We worked with Alan Pirtle, Chair of Monroe County Democrats, to put together a site that would help grow the group's membership and promote events.

Plan Implemented

A graphically-rich site with was designed and built around a powerful content management system.  The main focus of content, encouraging visitors to sign up for the group's newsletter and find out about events, were promoted on every page of the site.

Goal Achieved

The first event held after the launch of the site boasted the biggest turn out in the history of Monroe County Democrats.
